Hoodlum Fang is run solely as a home business so we are carrying on with orders as normal at this time. The only differences to services will be we will only be having one post collection a week to minimise the risk of being outside while the UK is currently on lockdown. We also won’t be taking any rush orders during this time for this reason. All custom printed orders are still available to order but now carry up to a 14 week turnaround time as our current fabric supplier has closed due to the lockdown. We will continue to take these orders as we are still doing a lot of designing, just be aware they could be a considerable wait on these orders. We also currently hold a small amount of stock in all our standard fabrics, these fabrics may go out of stock temporarily until we can order more in, we will advise you of this in an email so we can work from there. WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE? HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All our UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it is dispatched so you can track your parcel from the time we send it. Shipping times can take any time from 1 to 5 business days.
International Orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed service, the service will depend on what country your order is being shipped to. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is dispatched so you can track your parcel from the time we send it. Shipping times can take any time from 5 to 7 business days. Please be aware of custom charges for your country when placing an order with us as we can not take responsibility for custom charges.
I NEED MY ORDER IN A HURRY, CAN YOU POST IT SAME DAY?
All our items are made to order and our turnaround time for our orders is 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated on the product listing, some orders of 5 items or more may take a few days extra. Custom printed designed items take a lot more time to produce and can take up to 6 weeks. The best thing to do is email us with the following information:
- What items you were looking to order and in what size?
- When you need the item for?
- Where abouts are you located? (are you in the United Kingdom or International)
Once we have this information, we will let you know if it is possible to do rushed shipping, this will only be available to UK customers. Please email before 11am for possible same day shipping. We can also include rushed shipping to your order if you get in touch with us first as there is an extra charge for that.
WHAT IS YOUR SIZING OF YOUR CLOTHING LIKE?
As all our items are handmade to order we don't work as other brands do with sizes and we do size our products generously with a good amount of stretch. We do have size equivalents in standard UK sizes to make it easier for you to purchase the correct size but it is best to check out our size chart which has all measurements HERE. All our listings also include the stats of our model to give you an idea of fit. We also offer a custom sized service at no extra cost, simply select the custom size option on the item(s) you wish to order and provide your measurements in the comment box when ordering. Please be aware we can not offer refunds on custom items unless they are faulty. Please double check your measurements are correct before placing your order.
CAN I WASH MY HOODLUM FANG PRODUCTS?
Most of our printed fabric products can washed on a 40°C max cycle with similar colours. You will receive a wash care swing tag with your items when you receive them, we use a swing tag rather than a wash care label sewn into the garments as quite a few of our products are reversible. We know how annoying it is when you buy a reversible product and have to cut the label out of it to wear it both ways.
Our printed pole and sportswear can all be washed on a standard 40°C cycle with fabric conditioners.
Our 'Plain Colours' pole and sportswear MUST BE washed at 30°C cycle or hand wash to retain the vibrancy of their colours.
Our Silk Screen printed products such as our Tank Tops and Hoodies can all be washed on a standard 40°C cycle with fabric conditioners, though these items will need to be turned inside out to protect the screen printed design.
For the garments above: Line Dry. Do not Bleach. Do not Tumble Dry. No not Dry Clean. Do not Iron!
Our Knee Pads are gentle HANDWASH ONLY! This is due to the leatherette fabric used. We suggest you remove the foam pads before hand washing as the foam can disintegrate if it becomes wet. To clean the foam pads, spray them with some fabric and antibacterial freshener spray and dry flat on a flat surface.
For Knee Pads: Dry Flat. Do not Bleach. Do not Tumble Dry. No not Dry Clean. Do not Iron!
CAN MY HOODLUM FANG ITEMS BE WORN AS SWIMWEAR?
Most of our printed products are suitable to be worn as swimwear. All our items which are suitable to be worn as swimwear would have our Scuba fabric as the lining, all these products can be found HERE! If in doubt, just ask!
Our 'PLAIN COLOURS' items are not suitable for swimwear as it can effect the vibrancy of the colour.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM SIZES?
Yes. We offer a full range of sizes starting from a UK size 4 to a UK 22 as standard. If you do not see your size listed or you find your measurement points are in two different sizes, we have our CUSTOM SIZE option on most of our products. If you would like to order a custom size, please select the CUSTOM SIZE option in the size drop down box. For any bottoms, please then include your natural waist measurement and widest hip measurement in centimetres. For any tops, please then include your fullest bust measurement and underbust/rib measurement in centimetres. Include these measurements in the comments box when ordering. Alternatively, if you would like an in between size (eg, UK10-12) just include that in the comments section on the order instead.

I CAN’T SEE THE PRINT I WANT IN A CERTAIN PRODUCT, CAN I STILL ORDER IT?
Yes! All our items are made to order so we can make all our prints in all of our items! You can see our fabric archive HERE to find out what fabrics we have available. Some of our products include all the prints in one listing, this is because we have so many options but not enough listing space to list them all. Examples of these listings our own Back Warmers and Bodysuits. You simply need to order the listing you’d like and leave a comment in the special instructions box instructing us as to what print you’d like your product in. You can find those listings HERE!
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNED FABRICS?

WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS? IS IT SUPER STRETCHY, AND DOES THE MATERIAL GO SEE THROUGH?
Most of our products are made from a thick 220gsm grade polyester spandex which has a super stretchy 4 way stretch. It is perfect for sportswear and especially perfect for those with larger legs. The material does not fade as it stretches either and the pattern does not distort when stretched and our garments are squat proof! We spent a lot of time prototyping our garments to make them especially tailored to those who prefers a garment to move with them when they work out. Most our pole wear and swimwear items are also reversible with two layers of fabric.
I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?
Of course! Our shop takes PayPal payments as standard but if you do not have a PayPal account that is not a problem. You can pay via PayPal using their credit card payment system which does not require a log in, PayPal take all major credit and debit cards.
You can also pay via STRIPE which is our secure online credit and debit card system, again this takes all major credit and debit card types.
Alternatively if you are having troubles making your payment or do not have a credit or debit card, simply email us at email@example.com, we also take Bank Transfer payments.

WHAT ARE HOODLUM FANG DOING TO BE A MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUSINESS?
Over the past year we have taken more steps to become a more environmentally conscious, especially when it comes to how we ship your orders to you.
- We have changed from the clear plastic bags to our own custom tissue paper printed with our best selling Sphynx Cat print (which you can keep and reuse or recycle) to wrap your orders.
- We have started printing all your invoices and orders on recycled paper.
- We now ship all our orders in compostable mail bags made from natural corn starch. These mailers can be composted in industrial compost as well as a home compost bin. They take between 90-180 days to follow compost.
- We are constantly designing new products that use smaller pieces of fabric so we can reduce our amount of waste.
- We are also attending less events to offset our carbon footprint that travel causes. We have also made the commitment to make everything at Hoodlum Fang made to order so we do not have excess stock that may end up on landfill. This means at the few Pop Up Shops we attend, all orders made with us will be custom and made to order with free shipping, with the exception of Shoe Covers and t-shirts.
As our studio is based at home, Chloe, our founder is also taking steps herself to be more environmentally friendly within the home.
