All orders take 7- 14 working days to be handmade. Once this is complete, all our UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it is dispatched so you can track your parcel from the time we send it. Shipping times can take any time from 1 to 5 working days.

Once this is complete, orders being shipped outside of the UK are posted via Royal Mail Tracked service, the Tracked service varies from country to country but you will receive a tracking number for your order once it is dispatched so you can track your parcel from the time we send it. Shipping times can take any time from 7-10 working days.
Please be aware of custom and tax charges for your country when placing an order with us as we can not take responsibility for custom charges or taxes. You will likely have to pay duties to the customs office when your parcel arrives in it's destination country. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you need more information about what duties you may need to pay, please check any of your local government websites for 'receiving items from the United Kingdom' before ordering as we are unable to take responsibility for unpaid duties.
Since July 2021, because of Brexit (eye roll) if you are a customer from the European Union, it is likely you will now have to pay a duty to receive your order from us and wait times while items are cleared at customs may be longer. The duties you will need to pay vary country to country, but generally you will need to pay your countries rate of VAT (this ranges from 17% to 27% depending on your country's rates) on the value of your items and also on the shipping. There may also be other charges for handling fees that you will need to take into account. If you would like to pay your VAT fees in advance you can do so via shopping via our Etsy store who calculate the fees needed to pay at the checkout. Our Etsy store only has a limited amount of items on it due to higher listing fees but if you would like to purchase any of our items on that platform instead please just message us via Etsy and we can set up a custom listing for you with all your goodies you want and it will work out the VAT automatically. We are unable to add an option to calculate and add VAT fees to our orders on our www.hoodlumfang.com website at this time.
RUSHED SHIPPING (SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE)
UK CUSTOMERS ONLY Our general turn around time for our orders is 7-14 working days as all items are made custom. If you need your item to be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery so it will arrive the next working day before 4pm, please email us prior to ordering at email@example.com to see if we can do this for you. You will be charged seperately any extra postage via PayPal.me for any Special Delivery orders.
If you believe your order may have got lost in the postal system, first please check your tracking number at ROYALMAIL.COM using the Tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your parcel in case a delivery was attempted. Please also check your local sorting office to ensure your order is not there. Please then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf to investigate your lost item.
All Hoodlum Fang garments are made to the highest quality, all garments are handmade and checked by our founder Chlo before they are shipped but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please be aware we can not offer refunds on custom items unless they are faulty, this includes custom sized items, items with a custom lining or custom designed fabrics. Please be 100% sure on your sizing from our size chart or any measurements you give us for custom sizes so you are 100% happy with your custom goods when they arrive. Items exempt from returns: Custom Designed Items, Items where CUSTOM SIZING is selected, Items with custom colour lining. Please send any return items back to the following address clearly stating on the outside packaging whether you'd like a REFUND:

Please include a note in your parcel with your name, order number, email address and your reason for requesting a refund.
Hoodlum Fang can not cover the cost of postage for returning goods for a refund unless the item is faulty. Please ensure that you pay the full amount of postage with your shipping provider as Hoodlum Fang can not be held responsible for delayed returns due to insufficient postage costs.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PLEASE READ
Hoodlum Fang can not cover the cost of any custom charges, so if you are an international customer returning good from outside of the UK, please write on the outside of the package 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any custom charges being added to your return as we will have to subtract that total from your final refund total.
Please send any exchanged items back to the address above clearly stating on the outside packaging whether you'd like an EXCHANGE.
Please use the returns form in your parcel with your name, order number, email address, what items you'd like to exchange and for what item you'd like in exchange for your original order (whether it's a change of style, size and/or print). Please be aware, once exchanged items are received by us, we will run a 7-21 day turnaround time before your new order can be made. We will email you with your new tracking code when your exchanged item is shipped. Hoodlum Fang can not cover the cost of postage for exchanged goods, however we cover the cost for shipping of your exchanged garment shipped by us within the UK. International customers will need to re-purchase shipping for exchanged items, this can be done at the listing HERE!
Please ensure any garments to be returned or exchanged are unworn, unwashed and all tags still attached. When trying on shorts please do try them on over your underwear, if returned items are soiled we can not accept them due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure any garments being returned are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Hoodlum Fang cannot take responsibility for any garments lost or damaged in returns transit so please do keep proof of postage so you can make a claim to your postal provider. Hoodlum Fang can not cover the cost of any custom charges, so if you are returning good from outside of the UK, please mark on the package 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any custom charges.
We understand that it can be hard to get sizes just right for Christmas presents, this is why we've introduced our Christmas Exchange policy. If your order is still within our 14 day returns policy as listed above you can exchange or return your order as normal for a full refund. However, if your order is outside of our 14 day return policy window, we can ONLY accept exchanges and cannot accept refunds. Our exchange policy for Christmas gifts is valid until 10th January. This means you need to send them back by this time, if it arrives to us after that date that is fine, as long as it was posted on or before the 5th January. Any exchanges attempted after this time will not be accepted. For UK Christmas exchanges outside of our normal 14 day policy, we also require shipping for your new item(s) to be paid, this can be done at the following listing HERE!
